No. Most owners who come to us already have something running. We start with a free written audit of what you have, then scope only the work that moves revenue — usually some combination of technical SEO, product page CRO, and lifecycle email. A rebuild is a recommendation we make rarely, not a default.
We work with brands doing anywhere from their first order to roughly $50K a month. Below about $1K a month the honest answer is usually that you need more products in front of more people, not an agency — and we'll tell you that on the call rather than sell you a retainer.
Yes. We launch with placeholders and give you a weekend photography guide — an iPhone and daylight is enough for most small-batch products — so you can swap in real shots in week two. Existing marketplace or social photos are often good enough for launch.
No. We work with makers, resellers, vintage dealers, boutique apparel, home decor, beauty, pet products, kids goods, and most categories of small ecommerce. We don't take on firearms, CBD, supplements, or anything requiring specialised compliance. Everything else is fair game.
First come, first served by deposit. Once we have 25 deposits for a given month we close the list and reopen the following month. We don't cherry-pick by revenue size or category. Growth retainers are scheduled separately and aren't affected by the build cap.
